The CCA-OCCD is active in supporting legislation that provides chiropractic services for California citizens, and opposes legislation that makes it difficult to obtain proper health care.

This bill requires all health plans and disability insurers to develop written policies to facilitate continuity of care for new enrollees receiving services from a nonparticipating provider.

It overturns an Appellant Court decision, Brun v. Hailcy which distinguished between fact and opinion questions.
